Hollow Men

Hollowman "Hollow Man" Eliot of T. S. is a poem that fights in meaningless meaning. T. Elliott shows to the reader that society is becoming increasingly inactive in this era and that the poet as a whole has begun to be careless about our way of life and behavior. It reveals weaknesses and flaws in all of our worlds. Elliot revealed the fact that human beings are collapsing. We are compared to empty men who have nothing in their hearts but emotions and worries.

In "White", Elliott said "We are the sky people". In today's world, because of their lack of soul, he communicates the emptiness of people. Sky people are superficial and not deep. When an empty man said: "We are whispering together / quiet and meaningless", which indicates that they are afraid of showing their emotions. Like urban resident like Prelude, sky men can not connect with other people. Because they are worried that people suffer from their real situation. Sky people are afraid to reveal their real existence; this is parallel to the "prelude". Eliot said,
