Holden´s Struggles in J.D. Salinger´s A Catcher in the Rye

Those who can survive in many struggles, such as dropping out of school and coping with the death of the family, can truly pursue their own lifestyle in the future. Clearly it is difficult for Holden to accept himself and others, as Holden often defines people as "fake" in J. D. Salinger's "The Catcher".
