History of the Olympics

From the front row of the Olympics to the last seat the history of the Olympic Games was too familiar; rhythmic barks hit the ears and stadium waves. It comes from the moment of pulsation before the strike, the heart of the athlete. They are waiting for money until they are waiting for gunshots, snoring, whistling, Olympic officials, or until the process of thinking is nothing but memories. Everything they are promoted, trained, and carefully coordinated comes down at this moment ...

The history of the Olympic Games is one of the wars - airtime training in peace. For me, graphic designers are in the position of married theory and practice, the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Logo Design Competition represents the most intense inconsistency between anti-intellectualism and anti-labor sentiment.

Alwert Press' s Al Bertrand has read my two Olympic books and invited me to write a brief history of the Olympic Games for the new series' An easy history of Ancient World '. As I am a classic, my interests and research on ancient games never declined when I concentrated on contemporary games. As he knew that such books are very necessary, I accepted Mr. Bertrand's invitation. Bertrand also proposed that I use the chapter to summarize my research on the beginning of the modern Olympic Games. As I wrote, my main consideration is the interest of general readers and college students to the Olympic or ancient courses.

According to David Godelblatt's book "Olympic Games: The History of the World Olympics", many competitors are professionals who often lead to public office by competition over prizes and positions. Therefore, the idealized ancient Greek Olympics is an attractive myth that lasted 2,500 years. Behind myths, ambitious athletes sometimes try to bribe their opponents or destroy them. According to Nigel Crowser, former director of the International Olympic Research Center, during the ancient Olympic Games, athletes, their fathers and trainers swore they were not "crime against the Olympic Games", but some of them swore.

In most of their history, the modern Olympic Games were under a complicated set of amateur rules, rules limiting the Olympic qualifications. Competition is open to people who have never accepted at least theoretically - not even seeking profits from competition. As stated in the above statement, IOC President Avery Brundage and other Olympic officials have claimed that a strict hobby is necessary to match the ancient Olympic amateur spirit. If modern games lose their amateur rules, they will lose their credibility as well. They will no longer be legitimate descendants of their ancient, same name.
