History of motorcycles My goal is to explain the importance of motorcycle development and society. In the past ten years, the motorcycle has undergone a major change. They are constantly improving and improving. These artificial machines always have minor changes. Motorcycles are fusion of electric motor and bicycle. Motorcycles are not the only mode of transport for motorcycles, but there are other similar motorcycles, mopeds and scooters (www.comptons.com "Motorcycles", 1).
In the early stages of motorcycle history, many bicycle manufacturers have improved their designs to accommodate new internal combustion engines. As the engine becomes more powerful and the design goes beyond the origin of the bicycle, the number of motorcycle manufacturers is also increasing. Many of the inventors of the 19th century who worked on early motorcycles turned to other inventions. For example, both Daimler and Roper continue to develop cars. At the turn of the 19th century, the first major mass production company was founded. In 1898, the British Triumph Motorcycles started producing motorcycles and produced more than 500 bicycles by 1903. Other British companies were Royal Enfield, Norton and Birmingham small weapons, and began manufacturing motorcycles in 1899, 1902 and 1910 respectively. India began production in 1901, Harley Davidson was founded two years later.
In fact, the history of Harley-Davidson began in 1903 when two brothers Bill Harley and Walter Davidson invented their first motorcycle at Milwaukee (Gannon, 2002, p. 8). At the time other companies were manufacturing motorcycles in the North American state, and one of them, Indian motorcycle company was a major competitor of Harley Davidson for many years. In fact, it is a bicycle equipped with a single cylinder motor. All the details of the motorcycle are created manually. Later on, the second version of the bike was made with a more powerful motor, which became the first motorcycle to be sold (page 10).
