GKE 1 Task 3 Part A: Colonization in North America The purpose of colonization in North America is to expand territory, trade and assimilation. Spain sent Columbus to Asia, but after the discovery of the continent in 1492, the rise of colonialism in North America began. Spain founded the first colony in nearly 400 years, followed by France and then the United Kingdom. Spain has absolute monarchy over its colonies, and the king is under full control. France used trade with colonization and Britain established a colony using a charter system (Carney, 2013).
North American history covers the past development of the North American population. It is widely believed that when the people migrated to the Bering Sea from 40,000 to 17,000 years ago, the mainland became the first habitat of humanity, but recent discoveries have forced these estimates by at least an additional 90,000 years You might have done.
