Since the early history of Indonesia in the first century just before Indian culture reached Indonesia, animism came into existence. In addition, even after 2,000 years, Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, Confucianism and other religions exist, but everything is still in a certain region of Indonesia. This belief has not been recognized as an official religion in Indonesia, as Pan Nashira has expressed faith or unitaryism to the supreme God. Animism does not believe in certain gods. The Government of Indonesia often thinks of indigenous beliefs as an adat (custom) rather than aga (religion) or as a derived form of accredited religion. Since the government does not recognize the belief system of the tribe of the animist as a public religion, believers of various native indigenous religions such as Dayak Kaharingan, Hindu to avoid the pressure of conversion to Islam and Christianity I believe there is.
