The US court currently allows for two types of divorce. It is an absolute divorce called "divorce vinculo matrimonii" and a limited divorce called "divorce and divorce of men". In order to obtain an absolute divorce, the court requests some sort of evidence of misconduct or misbehavior by one of his spouses. Absolutely divorce is the legal termination of legal marriage. Absolute divorce returns both parties' identity to being single. Limited divorce is often called separation command. A limited divorce brings the end of cohabitation, but the court does not officially resolve the marriage, and the identity of the party does not change. In some states conversion diplomacy is allowed. After the parties are separated by legal time, convert divorce is legally divided into legal divorce.
