Lemmings is highly appreciated and restarted many times, but this is very challenging. For reporting and analysis we chose to classify each global valuation score into two categories (high or low). We followed the advice of Weech-Maldonado et al. Anyone who answered 9 or 10 in the best to the best measure (2008) will be classified as a high evaluation of that measure, but lower scores are classified as not being highly appreciated. Complex variables were created according to CAHPS instructions. We weighed each question in the same way in the same way, summed all the scores and found a polite and kind total score of doctor's communication 16 (Composite includes 4 items) and 8 staff I will get it. (Composite consists of two projects). We then categorize these categories into highly rated categories based on at least 90% of all possible points. Respondents with a score of 14 or higher in physician communication total score were classified as high scores. The scores below these are classified as not being highly appreciated

I used a chi-square test to compare demographics between California and other countries. The chi-square test was also used to find the difference between the high rating results of each global rating and the comprehensive report by ethnic category. We also used Chi-square to compare each of these five metrics to California and other countries. For five indicators we use stepwise multiple logistic regression to see if California's rating is different from that of all other states (other states). Five regression analyzes were conducted with doctor's assessment, assessment of the program's assessment and dependence on care evaluation, communication with physicians and respect and helpful reports by employee's favor. Using the logistic regression ratio results, we use Fisher's exact test to compare the overall ranking of California individual health plans with other countries.
