It focuses on creating general guidelines and rules to follow. We did this, so there is no contradiction, and there will be a solution if any. When someone complains, it is difficult to work with us, so we want a simpler team, a group without arguments and indignation. As a guide, there are two goals of a mission statement and handout skills rules. We are all writing rules together, so we all insist and understand.

Initially, a group of students from Tanana Junior High School in Fairbanks, Alaska made a healthy triangle. In 1997, 120 pupils in elementary school 8th graders were assigned papers on what is considered to be the most important health problem for other elementary school sophomore students in their area. Children work in paper one hour a day for ten days. The scholars ultimately reduced this material to three areas of research: physical health, mental health and social health. Health triangle is for everyone! Everyone should try to do their best in every aspect of life. This can be done using a healthy triangle! The triangle of health is particularly important, trying to make progress in life such as business, family skills, hobbies. This is especially important when people change their lives. This change is development, a transition to a new environment, or a change in character.

In my opinion, it is mental health that is more important than physical health. The prevalence of anxiety, depression and other psychiatric disorders is a record high. Especially in workplace environments with high pressure and high tempo (such as work in the technology industry), high average wages will not help people's mental health problems. Regardless of salary, stress is stress. Bradfeld has already commented on this issue, and more importantly, more leaders will do the same. Through my coaching practice, I broke IT during my career and had a conversation with some experts who worked in a highly desirable high salary job. But, spiritually, they are deeply suffering. For these customers, in addition to the counseling work we did together, I also encourage them to seek professional counseling treatment (they will do this)
