I wrote this book with the voice of a hidden wound survivor, but I also wanted to target a counselor working with adult survivors who hide childhood trauma, and those planning to do so did. The documentation and review of existing literature on diagnosis and treatment aims to provide up-to-date information on collaboration with survivors of this form of child abuse trauma.
