Herodotus: The History

Human need for conflict is a constant factor in everyday life, proved in our reading by Romans and Greeks. As Herodotus's "history" sees, the stories of war and war are described in a grand proportion and are always the subject of his writings. Herodotus fulfilled the role of fighting and the cultural belief of Greece, that war is an integral part of society and should be evaluated by citizens. Herodotus is the "father of history", according to some people, that is, "father of lies". As discipline, history starts with the history of Herodotus, the first systematic investigation of the past. It includes geography, gossip, god, even even arithmetic. As a master of storytelling, Herodotus won historical audiences not only in his era but in all his eras.
