This semester I am with Melville expert John Rocco with "Last Tycoon: Herman Melville, Moby Dick and American Culture". The New Bedford Whaling Museum is only 30 minutes away from where I grew up. Fortunately, after I went to Massachusetts to attend my family's birthday celebration, I was able to enter the museum. Some of Moby - Dick 's most memorable scenes were done at New Bedford.
