When each generation hands these acquired skills and knowledge to future generations, it constitutes a social heritage.

Both genetics and the environment play an important role in the development of personality. Personality is formed by the interaction between genetics and the environment. Genetic and environmental influence on individual development plays a very important role. Personal personality is the product of genetics and the environment. In some cases, heredity may overwhelm development, but in other cases the environment may have a significant impact on growth and development. Because of this difference, individuals' physique, personality and other personality characteristics are different. Balance and harmonious development of individuals requires a very good balance between genetics and the environment.
