Herbert Hoover vs. George W. Bush

Throughout history, we've seen many similar events as past events happen again in the future. German philosophers, economists, socialists, Karl Heinrich Marx says that "History is more than anything, the tragedy is repeated first and the second is far". Choosing a future relapse is superficially fun or disguised. In this sense, Marx's theory seems ambiguous when comparing the two historical events of the interventionist policy which changed the economic cycle into recession.
