The FEMA Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) is a meeting place that you can access after a disaster. There, you can learn about FEMA and other support programs. You can also ask questions about your affair or ask for guidance on other disaster related issues. The services offered by each DRC may be different.

The first step in the design process was not to know anything about our project and to introduce another team in the classroom that helped create a unique design sketch from a new perspective. After this "design studio", there are many sketches that can be integrated into many functions of our new design. Once you have identified the final concept, you are ready to create prototypes for paper and pencil sketches and create prototypes. Frankly, the first round of our usability test was a disaster. It is difficult to understand how these functions work with products. The most important question is that there are four different people to sketch, and we will do our best to make them a unified product, but that is too confusing. We quickly ended the first round of usability tests and created a new grayscale wire frame that integrated the feedback we received.

Creating sketches to explore many ideas (good points and bad points) is very useful for the mailbox team. If we have a crazy idea, it is relatively easy to outline and we can see if this idea is reexamined. Even with the idea that it can not be used, it helps to narrow down the fields that will win the idea without thinking of "hypothesis", which is useful. The beauty of a book is that your sketches are all stored in a nice package for presentation, but you can delete them if you wish. While the hard cover or soft cover book is more robust, you can lay the spiral book note flat on the table, and you can easily delete the page. If you are not planning on deleting pages, we recommend that.

This idea making process is very interesting. It helps to broaden my mind by truly expanding the various ways people can transport. The first ten sketches are called various sketches to create an idea and are very easy and creative. Fantasy is a little fun by suggesting ideas that are similar to a superhero moving. For example, like Spider-Man, people created sketches walking from buildings to buildings. It is also interesting to come up with ideas that can be expanded in the near future, such as solar cars, electric bicycles, and flying gears. After choosing hover board as my most promising sketch, converging sketch which is useful for selecting idea is more difficult than converging sketch. This is difficult because I need to make my imagination more specific and make minor changes to existing ideas, not thinking of new ideas.
