This is one of the case studies I personally experienced during the research of the IT project management module. The case study project is to develop an online shopping software system for the customer Metro super store, which is executed by eight project team members including the project manager. We discussed the majority of project management issues at seminars and seminars. This can be explained by an example of managing project risk. We were asked to provide a risk log of this case study and discuss the possibility of all risks affecting the online shopping software development system.
