Despite our short working hours at CBCI, I began to recognize diligence and efforts in these policies and reports. Among the various groups related to the annual report of 2014, I think that the healthcare group is working hard to cooperate with this year's powerful and impressive report. The remainder of this article will focus on the proposed amendment of Medicaid by AHCA. Medicaid is the largest source of funds for health and health related services in the low-income people in the United States, paying half of all US neonates, covering one-fifth of Americans. Historically conservatives regard Medicaid as "expensive rights" and strongly hope that the federal government "get out of problem-solving business." In February, about a dozen governors created healthcare reform proposals (page 9).
