Health care is maintained through the treatment of trained and qualified experts (Webster), or it recovers to health. Americans face many problems in the division of healthcare systems. Currently there are four basic health management models in the United States. First, PBS explains the Beveridge model that the government covers / operates through taxation. This is the only model used in the UK, but in the US only veterans and soldiers are included. In the UK, everyone in the country has received coverage.

The operation of healthcare depends mainly on the level and method of financing. The country Bismarck importing bismarck models between different models was named after Prussian Prime Minister Otto von Bismarck who invented the welfare state as part of German unity in 1983 and was released in 1883. It uses an insurance system - an insurance company is called a "disease fund" - it is jointly funded by employers and employees through regular wage deductions. Bismarck models can be seen to a certain extent in Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Japan, Switzerland and Latin America, too.

They first discuss the classification of health care systems which are their "development of typology of health care systems". They identified three different models they found: the Bismarck model, the Semaconic model, and the Beveridge model. The Bismarck model is covered by insurance premiums and the state's role is limited to the supervision of contract systems between patients, health care providers and insurance companies. Medical experts have autonomy right to decide to provide services. There are such models in countries such as America, Canada and France. In the Semashko model, Universal Healthcare is managed directly by the state, the province has facilities to fund its national budget and assign services to people. Bulgaria, Poland, Russia and other countries have adopted this model. The Beveridge model ensures that the hospital receives free health care, but does not require complete state management of all facilities
