Mental health is one of the most important problems in all medical care. Anxiety and depression are only two of the most common mental health problems affecting millions of people. In recent years, mental health in Latin America has become an attention to medical institutions nationwide. New research found that certain policies may exacerbate mental health problems in Latin America. According to the survey, Latin American immigrant families usually include members with different immigration qualifications, but in the case of undocumented immigrants it is often argued to an exclusive policy. These policies, together with unique stigma, may cause "pain" to the whole family.

As a person working in the mental health industry, I am the first time to tell you this is a big problem that is unsolved. I have worked with mental health experts on a new program to help men and women fight depression. Normally, when I talk about depression, anxiety and other mental health problems to men and women and ask them what they think is the cause of the problem, the general statement is "I do not know" . However, I noticed that men and women who answered me knew and only avoided deeper or more intimate conversation. Therefore, we surveyed more than 500 men and women and the results were shocking. In the survey, respondents can choose as many answers as possible about their situation. I asked questions such as "Do past pain and trauma affect depression? Are emotional or human relations issues part of depression?"

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), one in four people (about 25% of the population) will experience mental health problems at some stage of their lives. Depression and anxiety are the most common problems that may affect people regardless of age, gender, race, and background. Researchers are not the cause of most mental health hazards. Environmental factors and hereditary factors make it easier for specific people to cause specific problems. In other cases, traumatic events or serious injuries can sustain psychological symptoms over the years.
