In this research, I will first explain current problems in health care design and what kind of improvement can be made. Then we will enter the "green" way to hospital and sanatoria. Finally, I will touch on the psychological impact of the design on the patient and how it is used for the patient. Overall, we are thinking as if we are a designer of the healthcare industry, and unfortunately we maintain a comfortable aesthetic and comfortable people in a healthy age, while at the same time We are aiming for improvement.

In the healthcare field, designers often work under protection of research. Human-centered design has many similarities with traditional research methods, but they have different attitudes towards intervention. Researchers use highly formalized interventions, but designers speed up learning using quick and dirty interventions. It is clear that traditional research methods are the reason for significant advancement in medical knowledge. For example, a highly structured trial of a randomized controlled trial (RCT) leads to a fair and authoritative discovery. However, the disadvantage is that RCT is expensive and slow. According to the survey, RCT costs several million dollars and it will take years to complete. Sometimes at the end of the research, the results no longer apply.

Over the past few decades, the involvement of patients, families, and medical experts in the design of medical services has become more common (76). This includes experienced design, collaborative design, and collaborative design based on experience (77). Development research often includes future user experiences and ideas in the common design process of new services and products. The main advantage of the collaborative design approach in the development process involves the possibility of involving patients, families, and medical professionals and allowing them to actively participate in the development of services to be used in the future (77, 78 ). This approach is believed to be a dynamic and appropriate approach in chronic disease research (79), focusing on the needs of patients under development and their families and treat them as important co-determinants, so that relaxation It is particularly suitable for care research (77). , 80)

Co-creation in medical treatment involves partnerships between medical professionals and patients, but it is not uncommon to designate patients as active participants of medical teams. In 2001, the Institute of Medical Research identified patient-centered medicine as one of the six pillars of high quality medical care in the US medical system. Although this design recognizes the importance of patients in care environments, we believe that involvement of patients is equally important in controlled environments. Collaborative development enables patient-centered care through patient integration in system development: collaborative design of services, co-provisioning of services, joint consignment of services, joint evaluation of services. At all these stages of development, partnerships between medical professionals and patients can change care goals, health care services and communication systems.
