Intestinal health is a diverse and complex subject matter that will be studied in more detail in future articles. Currently, we discussed ways to make intestinal connections. More and more people seem to be dealing with food allergies or sensitive issues. If you are eating the food that you do not like your body, you increase the stress that your body has to deal with all meals. You can investigate which foods, which type of diet / diet plan will work well for your body, greatly reduce stress and improve overall health.

Target: Food allergy is becoming serious as a public health problem, and there are many reactions in regional services such as schools and restaurants. Our aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of the web-based Food Allergy Community (FAC) program for schools and restaurants, aiming to improve community knowledge and good practice. METHODS: A free learning program for collecting educational videos on food allergies at schools and restaurants was developed and implemented at the University of Porto eLearning platform (www.academia.up.pt). Food allergy course includes nine video training modules developed in GoAnimate-GoPremium (GoAnimate, Inc.) video animation format. Training courses include general concepts on food allergies, clinical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment, avoidance of food allergens, emergency situations, food allergen labels, food allergy prevention, and specific topics related to schools and restaurants.

Given the prevalence and cost of food allergies, effective prophylactic and therapeutic methods have important clinical value. Current standard of care is avoidance of food allergens and systemic reaction by food allergens by adrenaline treatment 16. Recent advances in food allergy research have resulted in the development of new treatments, many of which are currently in clinical trials. This review outlines the classification of food allergies, mechanisms of disease, diagnostic methods, prevention and treatment strategies, and the future direction of food allergy research.
