Introduction From long ago, there was a power struggle with employers and employees. Over time, landlords gathered their donations / taxes from their servants, then they brought them with slave masters. Trade unions have fought for their rights and freedoms, and labor unions have developed over the centuries. The workers have to fight for what we think of course today as a matter of course. From "rights charter" to "employment standards law" workers struggled every inch which they acquired for their own rights.
From the first day, slaves have gotten their freedom and freedom and tried to defend them. The liberation declaration confirmed that the war against the alliance became a war against these freedoms. It gave power to the Allies and politically strengthened it. Many people questioned whether the declaration was constitutional, but the thirteenth revision adopted on 18th December 1865 resolved all uncertainty. The liberation declaration has become a breakthrough event in the destruction of slavery. The liberation declaration did not actually release the slaves, but it was marked as one of the greatest documents of human freedom.
Since the first few days of the Civil War slaves have acted to ensure their freedom. The liberation declaration confirmed that they claimed that the war on the alliance must be a war for freedom. It adds moral power to the alliance and strengthens the alliance in military and political terms. As a groundbreaking event in the ultimate destruction path of slavery, the "liberation declaration" occupies a position within important documents of human freedom. The first liberation declaration on January 1, 1863 was in the National Archives of Washington, DC. This document consists of 5 pages, with a thin red and blue ribbon originally stamped on the signature page with the impression of a US seal. The majority of the ribbon still exists and the part of the seal is still identifiable but the other part is worn out
Constitutional powers of liberation orders can not be questioned. The declaration did not abolish slavery in all places, but on the day it came into effect, it was confined to 'rebellious' countries against the Union. Technically, the "declaration" is part of a military strategy for anti-government powers, in order to prevent domestic conflict with border countries. Nevertheless, all border provinces except Kentucky and Delaware abolished slavery. Of course, declarations can not be executed. The administrative department in the form of military operations is still trying to force the federation to re-join. Nevertheless, many slaves who heard the declaration fled as the Allies approached.
