When thinking of a great hero in America's history, those who caused a great change will usually come to mind first. Even if it violates social norms, it can improve people's lives. Heroes are people who inspire others and put others in front of them. Heroes are not allowed to change them well and they will never stop working for their goals. They will not forgive others, fears and fails will not stop or slow them. In some cases, the hero pays the ultimate sacrifice for what they think is right.

For my hero, I chose Harvey Milk. Not only is he focusing on my government, he is also an exceptional figure. Harvey Bernard Milk was born in Woodmere, New York on May 22, 1930. Milk joined the Navy from 1950 to 1953. He served as the chief executive of the rescue boat of the submarine. Eventually he reached the mission level and he soon left the hospital in 1955. After milk returned to New York, he became a school teacher. He always publicly talks about his partner publicly, but he still hides it. A few years later, he quit his job and moved to San Francisco. There, he began to enter into politics. It began when milk decided to run for San Francisco City Council Supervisory Committee in 1973. Every time he lost along with an increasingly larger follower. In the third trial in 1977, milk was elected a supervisory committee and became the first ever elected homosexual official in the history of the city.

After three unsuccessful campaigns, Harvey Milk was elected a member of the San Francisco County Supervisory Committee. Is his election a groundbreaking reason?
