Harriet Tubman’s Underground Railroad

Slavery started in North America in 1619. The first African-American slave was taken to Jamestown, Virginia to produce crops such as tobacco. Slavery is well known in American colonies. Because they are used to stimulate the economy. Eli Whitney Cotton Jin needs more slave labor. The number of slaves increased from time to time dramatically. Harriet Tubman Underground Railway National Monument has two other important metro stations.
