Hardwork is the Key to Success

I believe that hard work is the key to success. In order to succeed in life, we must endure the challenge of life, we must strive to overcome these challenges and become the best people. We must not only try hard to impress the people around us but also we must achieve the goals we set for ourselves. If we are not aiming for personal success, we can not succeed once per hour or once a year to achieve our goals. To succeed, he must try hard in order to succeed in every aspect of his life.

Effort and training time is the key to success. Michael Phelps, the best Olympic athlete ever, is representative of hard work. Phelps started swimming at the age of seven. Each time Phelps competes, the time is shortened and a new world record is set. This is not just a coincidence, it is the result of effort and dedication. Phelps trains over 40% train on 365 days a day, 2 days a week. Phelps has mastered the art of swimming in the pool yet when all other swimmers are in bed or when packing home. I can prove the idea that I will work hard in my life. As a junior, I was evaluated as a starter from the high school football team. After the coach changed, I came out as the second lineup linebacker from the spring training. My training during the summer is more difficult than anyone else. I have my old coach train twice a week; while others are still sleeping, I adjust my weight and lift it up. I devoted my summer to the best soccer player I can train twice a week, 6 days a week. In the pre-season game against the previous Burns High School, I got my starting position. This is a wonderful achievement for me and tells me that I will be rewarded if I work hard.

There is no doubt that success is a reward for hard work. Everyone who succeeded in history strives to gain fame and wealth, but we must strive to succeed with our own eyes. Whether our goal is to start with a high school sports team or our own business owner, we need to learn to work hard in order to satisfy our conscience. Whatever our goal is, we have to sacrifice our time, body, spirit, work hard, and be willing to do our best. I sincerely believe that efforts are the key to success through my own experience.

I have learned a lot from this experience. I learned how to get used to new things. Working hard is the key to learning about success and new things. It does not happen automatically. You must work as hard as things can happen. Other people will help you if you are eager to learn from them. I also learned how to use resources.
