By choosing Fujitsu as the IT provider, you can choose modules that are not part of our portfolio, such as customer specific components, to integrate into a new custom system.

If these components are unnecessary, another choice offered by our made4you service is to remove standard components from the Fujitsu system.

Of course, your custom system is manufactured and tested according to the same high quality requirements as our standard product portfolio.

However, as mentioned above, the hardware service is not limited to the system itself. You can also customize the accessory kit, including additional brochures and additional manuals of your choice.

Service provision for hardware is almost the same as providing hardware as a service, but service is optional. It seems like a small adjustment, but fundamentally changes the economics of the business. All hardware products that use this business model must account for a large percentage of sales per unit. So far, this model is mainly present in consumer products, it is common to increase operation free of charge. Startups trying business models promoted by Keurig / Green Mountain are increasing more and more. This is one of the most difficult models for hardware companies, but it is very defensive. This model relies on temporary hardware sales of "dispensers" and ongoing sales of "consumable items" which users are excited about purchasing but need to consume.
