Happiness Comes From Within

There are 200 acres of maize fields, cows, pigs and of course chickens on the farm. Chicken meat and farm are not perfect. On the southeastern corner of the farm, behind the small corn field there is a clear cold water above the bay. On most weekends, my family will visit our friends, Taylor. Except for Dan who stayed at the farm to help keep her crops, all these are for my own life.

But is it difficult to maintain employee satisfaction in the economic environment? Happiness is mainly internal work. In other words, happiness comes from one person. However, friends, families, work may increase or decrease the happiness of people. Therefore, if stress or pain such as "bathtub" or gossip etc. is found in the workplace, the production of employees will decrease. A "good" employer is an employer who sets out clear expectations for employees, such as what to do, when to finish, and where they should go after completing their duties. To these expectations, you need to set clear boundaries, demonstrate sound leadership, and provide good guidance.

What they first know is that happiness comes from the heart. This is not determined by the happiness or physical properties of others. When people make their happiness dominate by others, they must constantly seek stimulation to keep the same happiness. If they do not receive persistent stimulation, or if they start needing more happiness (it is hardly a medication.) A problem arises. One of my favorite tips is thanks. Too many people do not focus on what we have, but we focus on what we do not have. This is a good viewpoint. Sometimes we may neglect ourselves because there are not important items. They teach us how to concentrate on what we have and it can improve our happiness.

People can be happy in the most tragic environment. True happiness comes from the heart. People can be painful (and often) painful if they can buy whatever they like. Material wealth does not bring long lasting happiness. They have not brought such important growth to our soul. In the Middle Ages, customers of the painters thought that if they paint their portraits with artworks depicting heaven, giving the amount of money to the church / artist their souls will be saved! This is not the way the universe works! Men / women can not enter heaven!

Happiness is the state of mind. Happiness comes from the heart. That is not about flushing cash, but about a modest life and returning to society. If you are looking for happiness, please spend more time with friends and family in a pleasant natural environment. If you appreciate what you have now, you will be satisfied with everything you get.
