When writing this manual, please avoid direct reference in the form of extensive footnotes throughout the chapter. The main sources of all chapters dealing with financial management are very comprehensive texts announced by the International Urban Management Association, the municipal financial management and the municipal financial management policy. These texts are supplemented by "Municipalities and Hill House" Financial Concepts and Practices of the Local Government "issued by the American and Canadian Financial Relations Association. The Finance Committee considers these books to be excellent guides to all aspects of financial management and encourages them to continue to use them.

The bibliography at the end of the manual should be limited to the document currently being printed. In order to keep abreast of future publications, members of the Board regularly send reports on the publications of the Financial Civil Service Association of the United States and Canada, in particular all aspects of the Association's comprehensive special communiqué and financial management We should review it.
