Guns: Legal or Illegal?

War is the cause of the manufacture and manufacture of firearms around the world. The gun makes the war more brutal and protects soldiers in battle without having to approach their enemies. In today's society, guns are used in war, far beyond being used for murder, theft and threats. When the gun falls into the wrong hand, people are more afraid than ever. There is a close relationship between the possession of illegal firearms and crime and substance abuse. 74% of illegal guns commit street crime, 24% commit gun crime, 41% commit drugs. Men with legitimate guns have much lower crime rates and drug abuse rates than criminals who do not have guns. For legitimate gun owners, socialization seems to happen in the family. For an illegal gun owner, it seems to happen on the street. The United States has never tried to take a comprehensive approach to prevent firearm damage. Federal law to manage firearms is fragmentary and unenforceable and does not treat firearms as dangerous consumer goods. Healthy public policy, excellent science and effective law enforcement helps to end the epidemic.

Indeed, illegal markets of firearms are brought directly from the "downstream" of legal markets. With almost no exceptions, all illegal guns in the US begin in the form of legitimate products and are sold by authorized distributors manufactured or imported by federal government licensed companies. It may enter illegal markets in various ways. For example, it can be purchased by "Buyer" and handed to a prohibited person; or it can be purchased personally by individuals or gun show. Regardless of how a gun is misused, the cause is in legitimate sales (see Figure 1).
