Gun Control Necessary or Unneeded

In 1791, the American Constitution was approved. The second amendment of the Constitution states that "a strictly regulated militia is necessary for the security of free countries, people have the right to hold and carry weapons" (National Instant Criminal Background Investigation System, 2013). In those days and times, the guns developed into an excellent means of protection for the general public. Protecting the hidden weapons and guns at home can save your lives as well as save the lives of the innocent people around you.

Regulation of firearms is necessary to save lives. In order to understand aspects and problems, a definite definition of gun control is necessary. Gun control is to prevent the increase of violent crime by strengthening the gun holding law. People who oppose gun control believe gun control is wrong. This is an infringement of constitutional rights. Those who support gun control believe gun control is excellent, the second amendment does not apply to the public, guns should be taken from criminals. There are several major anti-gun regulation groups. These groups include National Rifle Association (NRA) and American Gun Owners (GOA). The National Rifle Association is a national institution for the purpose of maintaining Article 2 of the Constitutional Amendment (see Appendix). Not everyone is dominated by a gun. Those who believe in the second correction will continue to support the gun's right and oppose a more stringent gun control policy. NRA is the greatest supporter of gun rights. NRA stands for National Rifle Association. (Hand) They are fighting for many years to maintain the right for US citizens to own guns. Since the NRA was originally established in 1871 and revived in the early 1970's, the NRA does not want Congress to keep limiting the availability and use of firearms.
