A man named Adam Lanza got into Sandy Hook Elementary School with a gun, shot on the door and entered the building. He eventually killed 20 first-year students, 6 adults and himself (Altimari, Goode). One of the reasons that the theme of gun control is always such a big topic is that shooting affects innocent children.
