(CNN) - The rotating system in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico reached a tropical storm and gave a name: Cindy
Formerly known as "Potential Tropical Storm III", it developed a clear circulation center known as the tropical storm threshold in Tuesday afternoon.
However, some of the Gulf Coast of Mexico has been monitoring and warning of tropical storms. With the new policy of the National Hurricane Center, predictors can announce comprehensive recommendations such as forecasted tracks, watches and warnings that may form land and impact within 48 hours.
In the past, even though the Hurricane Center believed the system had a high development opportunity, it did not issue watches or warnings. With this new policy, residents and businesses can spend more time near the coast in preparation for storms.
The disturbance already has a wind speed of 45 miles per hour, but now the satellite and aircraft data show that the storm has a clear center
Cindy is moving northwest and should arrive at the coast on Wednesday night or early Thursday. However, residents of the Gulf are urged not to focus on the exact orbit of the storm. Strong wind shear force - Changes in wind direction and height height - Maintain the system on the weak side
Because the storm is relatively small, the city center is not so important, but heavy rain is expected to be extensive. Heavy rain affects the Central Gulf, many areas will be affected by 4 to 8 inches, and some places are only one foot high. In these areas long-term land flow can be seen, so the most intensive rain may be in the eastern part of the center of the storm.
Cindy is currently one of the two storms in the Atlantic. In other places Tropical Storm Brett was founded on Monday. Like Cindy, Brett has a watch and a warning before being named.
According to Phil Klotzbach, a research scientist at Colorado State University, this is the first time that the Atlantic covered the storm in June since 1968.
Brett's heavy rain on Monday night influenced Trinidad and Tobago and continued to affect the northern coast of Venezuela. This south circuit is rare
Alba, Bonaire, Curacao in the Southern Caribbean Sea are under tropical storm. This storm will affect these areas from Tuesday night to early Wednesday.
For those who are on vacation in the Caribbean Sea, the good news is that Brett is in a hurry and its impact will be short-lived. Coupled with the dry air from the land and the strong wind shear forces in the Caribbean, rapid movements should dissipate the storm in the middle of the week.

Tropical Storm Nate was formed in the Southwest Caribbean on the morning of 5th October and moved north to the American Bay along the coastline of Central America. Hurricane (wind speed 120 km / h) on October 6, landed on the American Gulf Coast on 7th October. On September 18, Hurricane Maria evolved from a level 1 storm to a level 5 storm within 18 hours immediately before attacking the Caribbean Dominica country (Source: NASA). It destroyed the country with extreme wind and rain and destroyed everyone in that way. When landing, the duration of the wind speed is 260 km / h, and it is reported that it affects the whole population. Most of the Caribbean islands on that route are undergoing cruel attacks
