Q) In the era when writing this book, do you think Joyce grew up in Dublin? A) When Joyce grew up in Ireland he was disappointed with the repressive influence of the Catholic Church against his country and his country. Joyce intended to write this book was to write the moral history of his country and in his opinion he chose Dublin because it is the "center" of grasping it. As the story goes on, they focus on the elderly, and the last book is called the dead.

Written in 1905, Arabi is reminiscent of most of the adolescent details of Joyce who grew up in Dublin at the end of the nineteenth century. This story includes the observation of Dublin's Joyce as a desolate desolate city (mainly called "quiet streets" or "dark muddy alleys"). Indeed, Dublin was proud that it is a city, but it clearly shows the fact that it was almost immature. Other autobiographical features are as follows: a boy of about 12 years old lives with his aunt and uncle at the place of North Richmond Street in Dublin, Ireland. By the way, he encountered "a few paper books" belonging to the former tenant, pastor of the house. In winter, the boy played with friends on the street, which is such a sister of a friend (called a sister of manga), he caught his innocent soul and soul.

First arrived in Dublin, I let himself live in a bed and breakfast. For the remainder of that year I went around the city and went to all the major sights including Dublin Castle, St. Patrick's Cathedral, and the Trinity College Library showing the books of Kells. I can understand that so many people are on vacation. This is an interesting place and there are lots to see. After two days in Dublin, I bought a ticket for a train to Cork. One reason I chose this town is that some of our families came from there. This makes me feel that my roots are close. Another reason I chose cork is that it is close to Blarney Castle. My grandmother gave me a wonderful picture of my grandfather kissing Blarney Stone and I will take a picture of the same thing I did. She gave me the stone I brought from the castle.
