Group Paper

Tissue anaerobiosis is characterized by significant weight loss due to excessive diet. The strong desire to be thin and obsessed stimulated so many women and more and more men to start a diet. Regardless of the actual weight, anorexia is thought to be fat. In many cases, anorexia patients do not recognize lack of weight, but still feel "obese" at 80 pounds. Patients with anorexia nervosa near death feel that body parts need to lose weight.

Divide the team into groups and put paper and pen in each. Make sure they are seeing everything clearly. Instruct the object to be grouped into 4 groups and written on paper. They should not tell the team team what they are doing. When time runs out, let each group's spokesperson clarify the classification method of the object and its reason. The reason may vary from the function of the object to its appearance or composition of the material. Purpose: In this exercise, we encourage teamwork and creative thinking but we encourage you to rethink how the team displays everyday objects. They are being forced to look for similarities between other unrelated objects. This led to a discussion on how to work out of the box to solve completely irrelevant problems.

The purpose of the group conference is to clarify the purpose of the group. What are you doing as a team and what are your common goals? If a team member knows the purpose, it saves time and avoids causing irrelevant problems. Since each member's expectation should be clearly defined for an individual member, the same applies to the task division and role of team members. If team members know what they are doing with themselves, they can only function effectively within the group.

A common feature of the group is that it consists of two or more individuals interacting and acting toward a common goal. In this case, team members continuously communicate, cooperate and obey the group's rules and objectives (Guss, 2002). For example, a group of young boys is formed based on friendship, each member agrees with the rules of gang, so action like an awareness ceremony aims to strengthen the commitment of the group of members.

The gang is a group. To some extent, the group is defined as a group of people who consider themselves members of the group, members of other members of the group, and members of that group. On the other hand, non-gang criminals do not belong to the group of criminals. Gang members communicate with each other on an ongoing basis. It is a group of people who sin together and never commit other crimes as a group. Members of the gang have sinned many times for a long time (at the same time, rarely commit a crime). Non-gang criminals can not do this
