It also explains the unintended negative impact of agreed decision making on the group as a whole, individuals within the group, and those outside the group on decisions outside the group. There are up to four general stages in group determination. The first stage is problem identification. Once decided, the team will evaluate the candidate solution. Ideally, this phase involves interactively seeking different perspectives among team members. If all members agree, the decision is consistent and the team continues to make decisions.
