Greek Mythology

In Greek myths there are interpretations of several different characters. Among these characters are dangerous and gorgeous sirens and the birds and girls sitting on the cliffs attract the thoughts of innocent travelers and sing charming songs to make them die I will. In Homer's Odyssey and Margaret Atwood's "The Song of the Siren", the two poets portrayed different sirens. Homer thinks that siren is not attractive for shaping men into heroes and Atwood depicts men as being stupid and arrogant.

Sirens (sometimes called "seirenes") are creatures found in myths of ancient Greece. Alarms are often referred to as beautiful and dangerous creatures. In Greek myths, siren is known for their sweet voice that fascinates seafarers and invites them to die by doing so. Many ancient Greek writers mentioned alarms. It can be said that one of the most famous references to siren came from Homer's Odyssey. There, the hero Odysseus encountered these living things on the way home from Troy.

Importance of Greek mythology Today, ancient Greek myths still attract readers all over the world. There are thousands of books on the importance of Greek myth in the formation of modern society. There are hundreds of movies about the adventure of Greek heroes. Clearly, the events described in ancient Greek myths, creatures, personality are not true, but their mythological nature does not impair the importance of Greek mythology in the definition.

Greek mythology began around 775 BC. It all started with Homer's Iliad and continued at Theogany of Hesiod. These are the first two myths recorded in Greek mythology. These two myths reveal their understanding of the universe and their culture. They not only talk about their various gods and heroes, they talk about how they see the whole universe (Rosenberg 79). Volume 24) This is a series of myths designed to explain the mythical world. It is a story of fairy tales in many different cultures and civilizations.
