It is always a good idea to reflect our gratitude and appreciation for life. I can understand that most of us believe that the universe has to offer something. Everyone is sending their busy life, sometimes we do not have time to stop thinking about stopping and thanking.
But it is worth poking and listing things to thank you so that you can see how much enthusiasm and happiness the world has. This is what is recommended by the law of attraction and is called "affirmation". By doing so, you always remind you of what you appreciate and what you should appreciate. A simple and concrete way to practice a conscious and everyday gratitude is to attach a thankful diary. In the Thanksgiving diary you can write short phrases that reflect the Thanksgiving Day. The important thing to note is that this is not a way to ignore tasks and difficulties, it is an opportunity, and that it takes time to consciously look at the progress you have achieved and the challenges you have overcome.
Today is Thanksgiving, it is very important to express gratitude on this day, but expressing gratitude every day is very important. Gratitude will change your mindset, stick to it, and will bring a more happier and more fulfilling life. I wrote this in a 5 minute diary: the university showed me credibility of life, but this practice helps to improve my life, I remind myself, I will never forget Where am I from? I will express my gratitude over time (and make it internalized). If you do it right, you will feel your heart is being expanded, and your face will laugh.
