I have recently read John Steinbeck's "The Grapes of Wrath" and "Pearl". Steinbeck's two books and many other books have some things in common. First of all, they are poor / family. Secondly, they are always very sad. The third thing they share is that I like each one very much. Even if John Steinbeck's book did not cheer me up, I have never read a book I do not like.
