I attended a variety of technical lectures at the Microsoft Galaxy conference such as Barcelona TechEd 2003 or in Buenos Aires, Geneva, London. I also gave a speech at Microsoft DevDays 2006 held in Geneva. The general attitude of Microsoft Galaxy developers is not a friendly, "company", confidential, newly developed countries and cumbersome IT processes. At the time of 2006, the Apple Galaxy was exactly the opposite for me; it was full of musicians, artists, and painters; they wrote software to support their passion, and they wrote software eagerly It was. To this day, I still like this galaxy very much.

Buenos Aires is an example of a particularly attractive city wall that conveys a turbulent past tale. Here, graffiti has been used as a tool for political communication, resistance and behavior, and is attracted by citizens restoring democracy and economic collapse, following the military dictatorship. There is a law prohibiting graffiti, but the city's urban art is recognized worldwide. Currently, the new bill proposes to reduce bad points in other places by assigning graffiti artist registration to a designated location in Buenos Aires.
