Art: The ultimate form of self expression. But what is art? And who decides. These problems are plaguing society because they try to determine and define the official status of graffiti art and vandalism. It is because it entered the art gallery, and in order for groups of artists to challenge and stimulate each other, graffiti should be seen as a way to express themselves as art and themselves. The origins and history of graffiti are not what people expect. In 1967 Philadelphia high school student named Cornbread was considered a bold effort to gather the attention of girls (De Merk).
When discussing the theme of graffiti, the main question for most people is whether graffiti is art or vandalism. Before answering this question, I still have many questions to answer. For the first time after answering these questions, someone can judge exactly whether it is art or vandalism! Art is art (painting, sculpture, music, etc.) focuses on creating beautiful objects. In each of these three categories of art, each category has more subcategories. In addition, there are arts in other categories such as architecture, photography, digital art. The main problem of art is that it is a wide range and is generally thought to be in the eyes of bystanders. And it takes into account many differences from person to person.

The main difference between vandalism and art or graffiti is that vandalism is not controversial nor controversial. This is clearly stated in US law. Many people can discuss whether graffiti is an art, but no one can argue whether scribbles are vandalism or not. If an artist deliberately or deliberately destroys or destroys public or private property, the art of graffiti must be regarded as vandalism.
