Graffiti: Art or Vandalism?

When the art style incident passed Mohammed Mahmoud Street, it was three kinds of scribbles, wild style, stencil, heavy, and piece, which did not notice the spectacular picture of the wall. For the Egyptians this is not a new case, as the ancient Egyptians have recorded their history through wall pharaonic paintings that can decorate their temples for centuries and can be regarded as the oldest graffiti. One form. Since then, graffiti art has developed many technologies and tools.

When discussing the theme of graffiti, the main question for most people is whether graffiti is art or vandalism. Before answering this question, I still have many questions to answer. What is art and graffiti? What is vandalism? There are small graffiti with destructive graffiti, and if so, who decides where? For the first time after answering these questions, someone can judge exactly whether it is art or vandalism! Art is art (painting, sculpture, music, etc.) focuses on creating beautiful objects. In each of these three categories of art, each category has more subcategories. In addition, there are arts in other categories such as architecture, photography, digital art. The main problem of art is that it is a wide range and is generally thought to be in the eyes of bystanders. And it takes into account many differences from person to person.

I will explore whether graffiti is art or vandalism. By exploring this research topic, I will break it down into different parts. The first part defines what vandalism is, the views of other researchers, and the behavior of vandalism. In the second part, I will define art. I will also define graffiti and discuss its history and development. I will also study famous graffiti artists to improve my research efficiency. This controversial issue is for people whose graffiti knowledge is limited. People claim that graffiti is an illegal act without directly understanding the facts. I hope that my research extends the range of knowledge once they read my paper. Finally, I end up expressing my view on this topic.
