In today's world, it is a magical task to balance freedom and health. For example, prohibiting smoking for the health of others will limit the freedom of smokers. To reduce pollution and its harmful health risks, people's freedom of movement is also considered to be limited. But on the other hand it is clearly more important. Supporters who are concerned about the freedom of smokers and drivers do not recognize the right to avoid health risks as well.

The problem is not which way society balances these two aspects but which side is more important. If smoking is prohibited, the freedom of smokers is limited, as well as the right to avoid health risks is limited if smoking is permitted. In either case, one degree of freedom is suppressed.

In either case you can restrain freedom, but society has to choose a scenario that can bring great benefit to more people in these two situations.
