Government Responsibilities As a citizen of the United States and people under the democratic regime, the government has a certain responsibility to us. We guarantee union, justice, peace, defense, welfare and freedom. These rights are very important to the happiness of our country and the country in which it exists. I think that three are more important than others. Justice is an important part of the government system. Justice is a way of managing civilian activities without violating their rights.

For a long time the United States has asserted whether the government should take responsibility for medical care. Some people think that the government is responsible for providing health care to the people, others think that the government should not be held responsible. Some may support Universal Health Care, others may not support Universal Health Care more than the same number. Mr. Obama's consideration on healthcare reform emphasizes the strengths and weaknesses of Universal Healthcare in order to judge whether the government should provide healthcare services.

The problem is not that GOSH and the British government are ruthless monsters. The problem is that the British people have terrible responsibility in giving the government responsibility for public health management. From the first day, this responsibility inevitably contradicts the parents' perception of their children's irreplaceable treasure.
