The prime minister leads the federal government of Ottawa. It includes domestic and foreign issues like the following.

State and territory governments have the authority to change the law and to manage their own common land. They assume the following responsibilities.

Municipal government operates city, town or region (city). What they are in charge is, for example:

The band council nationwide manages the indigenous community. The band council resembles the city government. Band members elect a band council, which makes decisions affecting the community.

The governor represents the Queen of Canada. The prince appointed the governor with the advice of the prime minister. Appointment is usually 5 years

In each of the 10 states, the monarch is represented by the deputy governor. They are appointed by the Governor based on the advice of the Prime Minister. This appointment is also usually five years.

The state government and the federal government have similarities. One of the similarities is the structure of the government at every level. The provincial government and the federal government have three branches. The legislature enacted the law. The executive department enforces the law. Judicial interpret the law. Separation of the power I mentioned above and a check-and-balance system at each level. For example, an officer can reject the law. The legislature can reject veto rights

The Constitution of the United States prescribes three separate but equivalent government sectors: legislative (legislative), administrative (law enforcement), judicial (law interpretation). The constitutionalists organize the government in this way to prevent the government department from being too strong and to establish a check and balance system.

The US government will conduct inspections and income and expenditure in the following way. First, although the legislature is part of the government that enacts the law, the executive branch gives the president a veto and permits the president to manage the legislature. Furthermore, the judicial system, which is the government component of the law that forces enforcement of the legislature, may undermine specific laws as unconstitutional. In addition, the president has veto power, but Congress can overthrow President's veto power in two thirds of the vote. This ensures that the president can not use his power for personal gain. The Executive Management Department can also declare administrative orders that effectively declare how to enforce specific laws, but the judiciary can regard these orders as unconstitutional.

The US Constitution provides for a system of checking and balancing between the three divisions of the government. In this type of system, each branch checks the other branches for problems and no one can fully manage the central government. The legislature can pass the law to review the executive branch through the president's veto power law (the majority of two-thirds of the two hospitals). The branch controls the judiciary by refusing to confirm the President's judge. The executive can check the legislature by appointing federal judges using veto rights and justice. Justice can check two other departments through the judicial review process. And it can declare legislation as unconstitutional or illegal.
