Governance Mechanisms

In many countries in the Asia-Pacific region, such as Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Australia, corporate governance standards and regulations have advanced over the past decade. Eximchain is building a new governance mechanism. One of them is the second voting mechanism. A secure network will be secured by the second vote. Organizations use various types of internal control mechanisms and deploy these mechanisms in various ways.
