Introduction With the speed of today's technology, global information sharing has grown dramatically. Every month, the market has technological and design innovation. One important aspect of every business is the collection, organization, and effective application of this information. According to Antonic (2005) research, economic assets are rapidly becoming the second important factor in the market as companies increasingly pay more attention to intellectual capital. By properly applying the knowledge management approach, companies can gain competitive advantage by managing large amounts of available information (Balanced Scorecard Institute, 2002).

It is important to integrate SHRD and knowledge management (KM) to understand how to share, manage, identify, and measure the wealth of knowledge inherent in the organization. Companies such as Google and Microsoft are thought to enrich intellectual capital using the concept of knowledge management and continue to produce better results each time products go on the market (Cardy, 2008 19; Geflad 2009 20) . They understand the value of tacit knowledge in the management of all organizations, provide a suitable environment for their work, and extend their skill base. Companies like Apple believe in the power of KM in the work environment, so they continue to produce highly innovative products. They interweave these proven, clear, elaborate SHRD practices. Depending on how the organization uses intellectual capital to learn it, the success in the market is determined.

Knowledge management is the first function organizations have developed for intellectual capital management. Knowledge management remembers what they have learned and constitutes the ability of organization learning to use their internal and external learning. It internally forwards it to different workers and departments. Share with partner and customer of supplier's agent. Intellectual capital is difficult to play, has some degree of loyalty to customers, how communities see it, and has a long-term relationship with major external organizations I will. This seems to be a clear substitute for companies that are recruiting students from the local basin, but that is not itself a good way.
