Goodnight Mr. Tom Character Summary

Tom is an elderly gentleman living in the UK. He is quiet and protects himself. Mr. Tom changed and became a newcomer throughout the novel. When the war broke out, he was responsible for taking care of the young evacuee Will. He and Tom came to take care of each other at once. Just having clothes on his back can take care of Tom. Tom talked to his neighbors, Mrs. Henry, and asked if he wanted to make a Will's jersey.
