Before I started my first grader in high school, I got the privilege of going back to Ghana and absorbing nutrition from the roots. Africa has more than poverty. I returned to see my grandmother and all the citizens and gave me some humility. They are few there, but accepting it is enough. They are working generously to each other because they do the best work for themselves, not for their entire community. This is one of the best lessons I got before I entered high school. I have never done anything for my arrest and understanding, but I am trying to ensure that everyone will benefit from my choices and opportunities.
The first rotation was in San Diego, I grew from Christmas 2015 to March 2016. I call it the first round of "Returning to my roots". I have stayed home with my family and old friends for a long time, and I am supporting them to help me recover. The most important thing is to rebuild my relationship with my parents, yoga and myself. The second round will end, but it is already in New York. This special rotation is centered on the community and metta bhavana, a loving Buddhist language. I learned to learn self-sympathy with the first rotation and to extend this empathy to other people with this rotation. I can write a book about all the beautiful people I met in the last 4 months - my friends and family from Bleeker St Yoga, my "office colleague" found at Coffee Foundry, artists from my friends and family And to New York. I am rich in a colleague's familiar city.
