"Behold, I will send an angel before you to protect you, I will take you to the place I am prepared" - Exodus 23:20
This week's part of Torah is Haftorah of Exodus 21: 1-24: 18 Mishpatim, "Out of the law", Jeremiah 34: 8-22.
Most of us spend a lot of time and energy in preparation for the future. Indeed, what we are going to do is to predict the future to be prepared for what can happen. The problem is that you do not know what will happen in the future. But fortunately we do not need it. We can not know what will come tomorrow, but God does, he prepared a way for us.
In this week's reading, I like this poem: "Look, I am sending an angel in front of you to protect you, and I am taking you to a place where I am ready. The way so that we can reach God's intention for us. All the plans and guesses that the future may bring are a waste of time. God knows that we need to be better than we know. God knows how to make us better than us. God worked the angels and made everything wake.
I remember what happened in the early 21st century when the second uprising caused the majority of Israel to be in fear. Families with children experienced a particularly stressful experience as panic occurred near their homes. At the same time, a skilled rabbi and teacher father won two years in American Jewish school. My family took a position thought it was the right time
A few months later in Florida, my parents got a call from my daughter. The teacher found out that he had rare brain tumors. The only symptom is that she was inappropriate and laughed for a long time. The teacher is worried about the same symptoms of the couple's daughter. To shorten the long story, due to the sense of the teacher, this little girl was diagnosed with the same rare tumor at the beginning and her life was escaped. God prepared the way for this family so that they could appear in the right place at the right time to save their daughters' lives.
I want to encourage us to reduce stress and trust God more. He is already preparing for our way - what we have to do is to let him do his work off his path. Our job is to gently trust him.
In order to give you a brief background on this subject, John the Baptist is God's fateful prophet, preparing the way to the coming of Messiah Jesus Christ, directing the father's heart to the child , And disobedience is the wisdom of righteousness; John did a very good job in preparing the Lord Jesus. When Jesus came, John pointed at people and said publicly, "Look, see the lamb of God." During the rest of his life, John gave locusts and honey, used Carmel's hair for a funeral, separated himself from life in the wilderness, and isolated himself from the pleasure of the world, I am seeking. He can realize the life of God. I was sacrificed for seeking his life! In him, Jesus said, "What are you planning to see in the wilderness? A reed blown by the wind?" But what do you go out to see? I wear soft clothes Who are you?
John the Baptist accomplished Isaiah 40 when he preached the kingdom. "The voice of the person crying in the wilderness:" Prepare the way of the Lord "(Matthew 3: 3) It is God himself to come, John the Baptist as Jesus' ancestor prepares the way for the Lord As we fulfilled the Old Testament prophecies, we can infer that Jesus is the Lord (Isaiah 40: 3) In the Gospel, Jesus heal many people and in other ways to nature The problem is that Jesus is working as a god or only as a prophet. The words of Jesus and the words influenced by these miracles The reaction shows that Jesus is playing a god, not just a prophet.
