There are many goals in life. My goal of this year is to achieve good results. I will do my best this year and I want to acquire good habits. I am very focused and ready to start a new year.

I want to do a lot of things this year. The most important of these is to get good grades. I want to get off my good start and keep my grades. I had a hard time last year. I am relieved. I thought that I could catch up whenever my grade was good as I missed my job but I let go. This year I decided to improve my GPA and acquire better habits.

There are many steps to trying to achieve my goal. Great needs are more responsible. I have to keep track of my homework and write down all my homework. I also need to achieve better research habits. In order for me to get better, I have to keep my concentration and not to be distracted by other things in social life. I will be able to do all these things and I want to learn to adapt them regularly. I believe that all these steps will help you achieve this year's goal.

So far, the grade has progressed steadily. So far, I have followed the steps to achieve goals and work. I will do well this year.

The first page after the index page is my goal page. Here is the list of the main things that I would like to achieve this year. All goals are achievable and measurable, and that is not a stupid New Year resolution (indeed, I will set them up and start in early December). Since they are placed before the journal, they are displayed each time you open the journal. Interesting! There are a few things I really want to be everyday - complete programming exercises (Leetcode or similar), drink plenty of water, exercise (twice a week, when not sick), and taking vitamin supplements (They are damn) vegetarianism)). In order to reliably track this, I am using a custom tracker in the monthly log. I can carve and record things everyday. In other words, at the end of the month you can easily check and see what your performance is like.

Easy to start: 1 page per day (250 words), 7 pages a week (1,750 words). I did it for three months. If you are trying to create this number yourself, this is a good number for you. If 7 pages a week is very easy for you, it will be doubled in the next 3 months. What if you crush it too? Cool, now 3 pages a day (750 words). Keep your goal every 3 months until you reach the level you challenge, but do not ask you to stop other things you need to do.

Please set a small target. It is not because you do not mind improvement, because you care about improvement. Make a list of what you want at the end of the day: Maybe it is just reading one page, or reading a course, or just writing 10 lines of code. By being able to say you have completed the whole thing list, you will be very happy and confident with your progress. It is best to say "I have completed all the things I want to do today" instead of saying "I have only completed 2% of the course today." Also, even if you read only one page or create one input field, this is very important. Timely fun!
